A repair is more than one trip, and you talk to the same two people through all of it: Frank on the phone, Jake at the house.

1. 1 You Call, Frank Answers. Or send the form. Either way you get Frank, not a call center.
2. 2 Jake Comes Out to Look. He finds what is wrong. If the roof is fine, that is what we tell you.
3. 3 He Gets the Material. Jake goes and gets what your roof needs.
4. 4 The Repair. Jake comes back and does the work.

## Roof Repair Questions We Get Asked

**What Is Your Minimum for a Repair?**
Even a small repair has a floor, because it takes more than one trip. Jake has to come out and look at it, go get the material, come back and do the work, and then get paid. Call us at (512) 736-2486 and ask before anyone comes out, and you will know the number before you decide.

**Do You Fix Roof Leaks?**
Yes, and the first step is a look. Call and tell us what you are seeing, and Jake comes out to look at the roof. Our customers usually call after a leak in a rain storm, shingles blown off in a wind storm, or a hail storm. If the roof is fine, that is what we tell you.

**Do You Do Repairs on Saturday?**
Yes, when there is a repair waiting. Our hours are Monday through Friday, 8 to 6, and Saturday by appointment. If Jake has repairs to do, he does them on a Saturday. In the summer we try to finish by noon on anything that is not a full roof, because it is too hot on a roof in the afternoon.
