What you agree to when you book a free roof inspection with Ruddy's Roofing LLC, and what we promise in return.

## What These Terms Cover

These terms cover this website, the contact form, and the free roof inspection. If you hire us, the written contract you sign for the job is what governs the work, and it wins over anything on this page.

## The Free Inspection and the Estimate

The inspection is free. Jake comes out, walks the roof, and you get a written price. If the roof is fine, that is what we tell you.

## The Two Year Workmanship Warranty

We warranty our workmanship for two years from the day the job is done. If a leak comes from how we installed the roof, we come back and fix it. As Frank puts it, if it is going to leak, it is going to leak in two years.

We are GAF and Owens Corning certified installers, so a new roof can also carry the manufacturer's extended warranty. That warranty is the manufacturer's, and your contract names which one applies.

## Payment and Scheduling

No deposit is due when you sign the contract. Your contract says when payment is due. Financing is available through a partner. Ask Frank and he will send you the link.

We schedule Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM. Saturday repairs are by appointment.
